Good write-up!

There are lots of people stuck on IE who have not caught onto Web 2.0+. When they start looking at alternatives to IE, they should look at this blog for a quick start.

Anyone still using Internet Explorer should read the above.

My favorite FireFox extensions are:

WOT - Web of Trust - It FOREWARNS you if the website you are about to see has any Malware, Offending Scripts, Phishing, etc. I have taught my Kids to use WOT, and this helps me keep their PC clean. WOT is a must for Surfers, and Non-Techies who just have to open EVERY EMAIL link.

MULTI ROW TABs - When you have lots of Book Marks, ONE Row/Ribbon just will not do. MULTI ROW allows you to put a lot of your BookMarks at your finger-tip. Very useful.

MORNING COFFEE - If you are a creature of habit, and you open a lot of the Same Sites Every Day or in Every Session (to start off), then MORNING COFFEE will open those sites in the order you specify whenever you launch Firefox. A time-saver.

FOXMARKS - This is a must-have. Should be part of FF itself. FOXMARKS stores all your bookmarks on their secure server. On every computer you use or wish, anywhere in the world, you can Download the same Bookmarks securely. In this way, you can be productive on any computer. PLUS, you can save Profiles, like Home, Work, Private, or Public or whatever, to view/display or hide Bookmarks.

FLASHBLOCK - Makes browsing Faster and Safer because it Blocks a large variety of Animated Ads and Videos. So the pages load faster. Less irritation on the eyes. Yeah!!

Need to be careful with the add-ons. I installed the Cool Iris add-on but had to un-install it because it kept blue-screening my desktop.

The add-ons in mozilla are really great. I use many add-ons and it is really very convenient and hassle free. Thanks for the list as I got to know some more of them.
