Here is another site I found that DOES follow. It’s not quite a PR3 site yet because it seems new, but with my Dofollow tool turned on it does indicate that it is valid.

Hi! and thanks for compiling this information. I have just a simple question, though. Is the back link simply the website that we list in the comment metadata? Just wondering if there is a piece that I’m missing!

That is a pretty good list – thank you. But what would really help is if the sites had a description next to them, or put into categories. That way people that were looking for certain niches would be able to find the site that they need faster.
